How to convert a Word document to PowerPoint?

  1. Prepare your document in Microsoft Word application.
  2. Ho to ribbon to the File tab.
  3. Click Options.
  4. From the left menu choose Customize Ribbon.
  5. In Choose Commands From: choose All Commands.
  6. Select Send to Microsoft PowerPoint command and click Add button.
  7. Click the button you’ve just added to convert your Word document to PowerPoint.
  8. PowerPoint opens with your Word document’s content.

Tip: In case not everything is converted you should take care about formatting. For example when slide’s text didn’t paste just change it into Word to Heading 2.
