How to insert PDF and attach action?

  1. Go to the ribbon to the Insert tab.
  2. Click an Object button.
  3. Select Create from file option.
  4. Browse your PDF file from your hard drive.
  5. Tick Display as icon option.
  6. Go to the ribbon to the Insert tab again.
  7. Click an Action button.
  8. Select Object action option.
  9. From the list select Open.
  10. PDF will open up after clicking PDF icon since now.

Saving in PDF

Your presentation can be saved in many extensions. See here how to save as pdf.

  1. Go to the ribbon to the File tab.
  2. Click Save As.
  3. Choose Computer.
  4. Choose the proper folder where you want to save this file.
  5. Set proper File name.
  6. Save as type change to PDF (*.pdf).
  7. Click the Save button.
