Exporting an outline

  1. Prepare your presentation using PowerPoint 2013 application.
  2. Go to the Ribbon to the File tab.
  3. Click Export on the list side of the window.
  4. Double click Create Handouts.
  5. New dialog box appears. choose Outline Only and press Ok.
  6. Microsoft Word opens with your outlines from PowerPoint.
