How to view a list of animations currently on the slide?

In PowerPoint 2013 application you can easily view a list of all animations and format them.

  1. Select your slide by clicking it.
  2. Go to the ribbon to the Animations tab.
  3. Click Animation Pane button.
  4. The list of all animations currently on the slide pops up on the right side of the screen.

Tip: You can modify order and speed of animation and ways how it start.

Keyframe animations in just 10 steps

Keyframe animation is duplicating slides and making a slight adjustment to the object for every next slide. To make it just follow these 10 easy steps:

  1. Sit and imagine how your animation should look like. Imagine the whole story.
  2. Think about objects, background and animations on the slides.
  3. Create your first slide with all of your objects.
  4. Group them all into one object. Go to the ribbon to the Home tab to do that.
  5. Click Arrange button and choose Group from the list.
  6. Right click on your slide and select Duplicate Slide.
  7. On the second slide move your objects.
  8. Continue making slight adjustments to the objects for every next slide.
  9. After all slides are done just click one slide. Press CTRL + A to select all slides.
  10. Go to the ribbon to the Transitions tab. In Advance Slide set After 00:00.15 and Duration 01.00.

How to remove all animations?

  4. Choose shape you like.

  8. Click the first shape. Set it to Start: On Click.
  9. Other shapes should Start: After Previous with a delay. Try at least 1 second of a delay.

How to animate text by letter?

  1. Highlight the text you want to animate.
  2. Go to ribbon to Animations tab.
  3. Click Add Animation.
  4. Choose an animation you like the most.
  5. Click Animation Pane.

  7. Right click and choose Effect options.
  8. New window pops out. The is an Animate text option. Change it to By letter.
  9. Set it to more than 30% for better effect.
