How to add a digital signature?

Digital signature proves your identity. It also proves your professionalism. Let’s learn how to get it.

  1. Save your presentation. Pptx is recommended extension.
  2. Go to the ribbon to the File tab.
  3. Click Info from the menu on the left side.
  4. Click Protect Presentation button.
  5. From the list select Add a Digital Signature option.
  6. If you don’t have any now you will install one.
  7. Next Sign dialog box pops out. In the Purpose for signing this document box type the purpose.
  8. Click Sign.
